My laptop caught fire

About an hour ago I was reassembling my laptop after taking it apart to refurbish it. When I was taping up a part on the outside of the case (the screw broke) the computer turned on and black smoke started poring out of the fan hole I picked it up and turned it off and ran out side. The smoke stopped and I took it apart to see what was the problem. The battery was not broken or punctured, but I did find some tape in it but it did not have any burn marks. So what in the world would have made the smoke. Its  running fine now in the other room.

Maybe a capacitor blew or something? Check for blown anything on the motherboard.

I did but I didn't see any blown capacitors and its running fine now
