I think I might be going with the Arctic Freezer 33 eSports Edition. Any suggestions??

That's not at all low profile. Why did you want a low profile cooler in the first place?

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?

What case, ram, and cpu are you using?

Cryorig C7 is the best IMO, but you may or may not have to order a mounting adapter for AM4.  New ones should support it out of the box, but if you end up getting an old model (don't see why you would, considering native support was implemented in Fall of last year) then you can just get one for free here.

Sorry I considered "below 160mm" as low profile, but those are a total different category. Basically I want to go for Phantek Eclipse p400S and Corsair vengeance LPX 2x8 DDR4 ram. My budget for cooler is at a maximum 60$-70$. So will those Cryorig's huge sized cooler be compatible with my ram and case (because they have usually 2 or 3 fans).

I will be using ryzen 2200g. Currently I am in Pakistan but I have someone (pkship.com) that will ship it from USA to my doorstep @ 20$

Use the stock cooler, and take the cooler money for a R5 2400G or a R3 1200 + 1050/1050Ti

Ask me, my aunt had a FX 8350 on its worse stock cooler in the 45 degree Taiwan, and that thing is hotter and was fine

Yeah, 160mm would be normal height. Most coolers fit there. The bigger ones (D15, U14S, Cryorig R1 Ultimate) require 170mm. Low-profile coolers are for cases that need less than 140mm.

I would recommend getting another case than P400s. That has really terrible airflow overall. The RAM height isn't issue, they are same height with RAM without any heatspreaders. So H5 Ultimate for example would fit. Most of dual heatsinks are bit over 160mm. D15/S isn't from heatsink, but fans with default config are.

Then what will be a better option for the case with a PSU shroud and support for 170mm coolers? I thought P400S had a good airflow after watching those youtube animation video by phanteks and some other reviews. And please don't suggest a 100$ case. Maybe then I will go for an NH-D15 or Cryorig's R1 Ultimate or anything else.

Fractal Design Meshify would be one to look at. Its bit over the price of P400 (btw, you can check how it compares with thermals in Gamers Nexus video for example). Also Corsairs Carbine series, 400C for example. Also bit more expensive, but otherwise fit needs. Others worth looking at are some Deepcool cases, but those have some wacky designs compared to Corsair and FD.

You can always try and see how it performs before deciding on whether or not to replace it.

That Fractal Design's Case looks s**y. I will consider it.
