What TV should I get

First off I should mention that I am a college student. I don't have infinite money to blow, but I wouldn't be against paying a little extra for a decent tv. Second I should mention that I am a pc gamer, so in college this tv is going to replace my monitors (most likely). So if possible I would like it to be high refresh rate. I don't really care if it is 4k or not, if it is cool, if not, oh well. But my main concerns are response time, hz, quality, and price. Any recommendations are welcome. One final note, I don't have the most room in college, so if I wouldn't be able to use a keyboard like right in front of it, it is probably a no go.

well I would like a pretty large display, not just an ultrawide for college for watching movies, and whatnot with people over, so tv preferably, unless there is a monitor that is fairly big...
