Intel (R) Ethernet Connection i219-v settings

So I'm wondering if any1 has super good i219-v adapter settings for gaming? I don't know much about network tweaks so maybe some1 can help me out how to set those settings to get max performance out of the adapter or make some tweaks to get better gaming expierence

Mine at normal on my MSI Z270 SLI in CS:GO at Max setting and all the little bits of candy on. My connection is 125mbps down and 16mbps up. Ping is 15ms in comp Dust 2 and is 56ms at night. Fluctuating alot but never to high or above 60ms.

 

I have Spectrum and live in Florida :)

Hi mate, this post is old but, i want to know wich modem/router are you using. I want to buy a new one but idk if my motherboard (The same as you) will handle a very good one.
