It's going to be used mainly for gaming and a little bit of 3D CAD using solidworks program (nothing serious for 3D CAD, just some fun and learning)

The RGB fans are for a bit of colour around the case (I don't mind the price) and the noctua fans for the cpu cooler to replace the stock ones.

Any areas for improvement?

And any idea what these noctua fans are like? are relatively silent compared to stock corsair fans or are there any better ones?

same here but im not sure what are the best for silence and for static pressure for the cpu radiator as they have many types. plus i liked the black version for this one cause the brown ones dont look the best

What's your budget? For 200 more you could get a 1080ti.

not 100% sure yet if i could afford it but if i have the money i'll definitely consider it. However i believe theres a new range of nvidia gpus coming out sometime in the next few months so i might wait first to see whats best

Yeah just looking at that you might want to wait assuming you're fine with your current build
