Just ordered this Optix G24C

Finally jumping from the 60hz world to the 144hz world. Ended up seeing a deal on an MSI monitor and finally thought it was a good entry level into the world of 144hz. Has anyone had any experience with this model? Pros, cons? Thanks for your input! I'm also open to any info or tips you have about 144hz gaming. I know this monitor has freesync but gsync is just way to expensive.

Though do take their final score with a grain of salt, not because they're bad reviewers (they are better than most) but because it's biased towards a certain type of monitor that this one doesn't try to be.

 

TLDR: Backlight bleed is a little concerning and out of the box colors are kinda bad, though the latter issue can be solved by calibrating the display or, at least, by taking their icc profile. It has good input lag and good enough motion handling which should compliment the 144hz fine.
