My PC will not turn on

I just moved my PC components into a new case, i pressed the power button and nothing happened, it acted like it wasnt plugged in, i checked the psu switch i checked the power outlet and the power switch pins on the motherboard. What shoukd i do?

I'd short the power pins on the motherboard with a piece of metal. If nothing happens make sure the 20+4 pin and the 4 or 8 pin cables are fully seated.

Figured out the problem, it turned out to be the cablemod cables i was using. I plugged in the stock motherboard power and it worked.
