iOS11 - Import specific photo album to Windows

Is it possible to import only 1 album from ios11 to Windows? It seems like all of the native options force you to import the entire camera roll which is annoying as hell.

Much simpler solution. Get Dropbox. Move images onto drop box. Go onto Dropbox from your PC/Laptop. Download them from DropBox.

That or any other real cloud solution which you can access anywhere. Probably iCloud could do also, if it has folders.

I wasn't home and just wanted to move one album off. I'm going to end up transferring stuff over to my NAS once I get home seeing how its easier to that.

Sadly this is how it works if you don't have a Mac with the Photos app, and is why I have my parents using Google Photos on their iPhone's and iPad. It's SO much simpler because it actually supports multiple operating systems without issue, and "just works", unlike Apple's iOS if you don't have MacOS.

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, RTX2060) Mobile: OnePlus 5T | Koodo - 75GB Data + Data Rollover for $45/month
Laptop: Dell XPS 15 9560 (the real 15" MacBook Pro that Apple didn't make) Tablet: iPad Mini 5 | Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 10.1
Camera: Canon M6 Mark II | Canon Rebel T1i (500D) | Canon SX280 | Panasonic TS20D Music: Spotify Premium (CIRCA '08)
