He didn’t think it well enough then. In Las Vegas where he “died” (I think he’s dead) it’s illegal to fake your death so if he ever was caught or planned on revealing (the makaveli 7 day theory) he would be arrested so if he did it based on that theory it was not a well thought through plan. Unless yes it was to just get away but honestly it was too soon pac was not done he still had stuff he wanted to do in the music world before he left. Or atleast should have before he left
