Motherboard

Which will be best of these two

Asus prime b350m-k or gigabyte ga-ab 350m dh3(both are micro atx)

To pair with ryzen5 2600

8gb ram 2400 mhz(2×8 3200MHZ later no stock)

Gtx 1060

I already paid for rest of the parts so i am ok with them

I would check if someone nearby can upgrade the BIOS for you first.

Second I would go with the Asus Prime board.

Looking at the specifications, there's a few differences that stand out to me between the two boards, which may or may not be of interest to you.

Asus https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/PRIME-B350M-K/specifications/
2x DIMM slots
4x SATA III ports
6x USB (4x USB 3.1 + 2x USB 2.0) rear ports
DVI-D rear graphics

1x PCIe x16 + 2x PCI

Is black

Gigabyte https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GA-AB350M-D3H-rev-10#sp
4x DIMM slots
6x SATA III ports
8x USB (4x USB 3.1 Gen1 + 2x USB 3.1 Gen2 + 2x USB 2.0) rear ports
DVI-D + HDMI + DisplayPort rear graphics

So it seems the Gigabyte has more DIMM slots, SATA ports, and better rear I/O with more USB ports and rear HDMI for internal graphics. Depending on your use, these things may or may not be important for you.

This is purely considering the features of the two motherboards without taking in to account any perceived brand reliability, customer support services, warranty etc.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

none, both are crap

look for B350 Tuf or AB350 mATX

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM
