hello i run a part time passwd recovery service at the time i use a self ritten tool with teamviver to deactivate win def and i was wandering if there was a programm to do the job so i could send theme a one click bat

Windows Defender can't be disabled at all on Windows 10 home, so there is no one size fits all solution.

run "gpedit.msc" and enable "disable windows defender anti virus" within components? 

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...
