when i try to end it it says this will cause windows to become unstable though and i cant find any problems

The svchost is a generic term windows uses for many of its processes. By itself it's not a problem but it's pretty clear you've got something masquerading under it.

Run superantispyware, and malwarebytes and maybe even combofix and see what's what...

i ran malwarebytes and it didnt detect anything
