I tried it a few days ago and it still persists until now. It often appears when I'm scrolling.

This is a Chrome bug, and will be fixed in the next Chrome release. Unfortunately, the workaround that I have used for most other embed types is not compatible with embedded YouTube videos, so there is nothing I can do.

If it's particularly bothering you, you can switch to Firefox or a beta build of Chrome, but otherwise it will be fixed once Chrome 56 releases or in the (now unlikely) event that Chrome 55 is rebuilt.
