You can get windows 10 keys real cheap on ebay that work, use that money to then get a 250gb SSD

I would say ditch the AIO and use the CPU heatsink that's included.

Consider more ram than 4GB...maybe 8GB as a minimum. If you don't get the AIO you could get another 4GB stick.

Ditched the AIO cooler, because the stock cooler is plenty and can always be upgraded if you want something quieter.

Further, doubled the RAM and also got you a faster kit, because Ryzen (especially with iGPU) benefits from it significantly. Added an SSD with the money saved from the cooler and switched the PSU for something with semi-modularity.

Left the case the same, just keep in mind it's mostly an acrylic model, airflow is just okay.

 

EDIT: considering a different board with 4 memory slots might be good, in case you (easily) ever want to upgrade your RAM.
