A Samsung Galaxy S7 would be good. It has everything you stated you wanted for around $300. I personally have owned mine for around 2 years and its still going strong.

EDIT: The battery life is quite average though mine lasts around half the day with heavy usage. Definitely buy a battery bank if you are a heavy user.

S7 Edge or G6

Both are IP68 water resistant. There are no 'waterproof' phones that will survive indefinitely under water

S7 Edge:

  • OLED screen
  • 3600mAh battery
  • Wireless charging
  • Front fingerprint

G6:

  • 18:9 IPS screen, (78.6% screen-to-body ratio)
  • Dual main cemera
  • Type C port
  • FM radio
  • Rear fingerprint

Both are flagship devices of the same generation, 4GB RAM, microSD slot, NFC, 3.5mm jack

I wouldn't recommend anyone buying the S7 Edge after the pink line issued popped up, and it usually occurs after drops, so warranty won't cover it. Getting S7 would be better.

I still have my S7E that I got back in 2016 (which has been dropped several times) and its display is still in perfect condition.  Any phone you buy is subject to a possible failure but I wouldn't let that put you off of the S7E, which is still a very good phone even today.  It certainly excels at all of your criteria for a phone.
