It's a shitty APU trying to run a heavily modded version of Minecraft. There's nothing you can do.

Install Optifine and hope for the best.

@OP The only two things you can do is overclock if your able to or upgrade.

Well then your option is to drop some mods until you can run it properly or have it run like crap.

Playinon a server, take some mods that i can wit the SMP world i have and it doesent help, Might go and install optifine and turn EVERYTHING that i can down. I can use it on a server with out the server having it on it right?

How? I thought it was supposed to help with your performance. I'll just not question it. Even though i just did. :P

If you can't run MC without Optifine, there's no reason to not give it a shot... The likelihood of it dropping your FPS further is slim to none. It has only improved framerates on about 15 computers (that I have personal experience with). I'm not too sure what tea1337 is talking about.

You can do that, but Optifine might also drag your fps down even lower.

Why's that....?

When I had my old system about 8 months ago to play just minecraft on I got about 19 fps, my friend told me to install optifine and showed me how and stuff, the correct one too. He said it would help out my fps but when I played with it on at the same settings I got 4 fps lower. I could have just been my system, it wont happen to all.

Well, it helps in most cases. Maybe you were using the wrong settings.
