So how are the big ISP's in the US going to respond to a new ISP that doesn't need ground infrastructure and likely has enough money to stave of nuisance lawsuits?

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

lobby lawmakers to make it illegal to distribute internet access through sats cause.... cause... cause it would disrupt their TV business
