Best COMPLETELY FREE VPN that will run on Android?

The biggest thing I want to stress is it needs to be free, and not have a stupidly low data cap. Assuming I'm not being naive when it comes to VPNs and something like this doesn't exist, what would be the best one that would run on Android? Thanks!

Depends what is "stupidly low" when it comes to data caps.  I'm sure you've heard of Tunnel Bear and their 500 MB / month free plan by now? :P

Yeah. I would use Tunnelbear, but I hate paying monthly fees :P

At my school, xvpn is one of the best without data caps. Can take a little bit to connect just make sure you select the server closest to you.

I don't think we can help with that. Usually VPNs do allow access around firewalls, but it's not guaranteed to connect from behind one. At my office, we can't use 9 out of 10 VPN apps available for mobile. I use Yoga VPN on Android because all I need to do at work is check on my F@H machine with RDP (which is stupidly blocked).

Idk, but my school uses fortinet, a 3rd party firewall.

 

Some work for a bit, then stop working because it gets blocked. I think betternet worked for a while, then the android version stopped working.

 

Anyways, the reason I'm posting here is to say that no "free" vpn is going to be private, and prepare to have your info stolen :P

Ok, I'll try Betternet tomorrow. I'll update you guys after I give it a try. 

 

EDIT: Unsuprisingly, only the trial is free. At this point I'll just pay for Tunnelbear.
