That's a really open ended question with not nearly enough info. 100fps in what? With what settings? What display resolution? You might have more money than brains

What games and what resolution? What monitor? Why arbitrarily 100?

a gt1030 and a celeron should get you at least 100fps at ultra settings (in Quake II).

q6600 master race, run crysis 3 on real 3d 8k at only 200 watts from the wall and stable 40°C
