no because in the end, what you are ending up with is the specs equivlent of a phone made in like 2010 with a large keyboard and crappy screen

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

They're being sold as "Used", which means they're supposed to work. That's a dick move by the seller to list products as used then plaster the description with disclaimers about them not working.

 

Someone should really buy a few then open an INAD claim on all of them because they're listed as used but don't work at all.

 

Also, holy shit, only 97% positive feedback? This dude makes a career out of screwing people on eBay. Look elsewhere.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Where the heck is this guy getting all these broken laptops... Also I don't know if it's just me, those photos look very inconsistent. Some pictures show scuffs, others don't. Also the missing keys are also very random in each photo.

Schools man. A lot of high schools and middle schools have chromebooks and well kids destroy them like crazy

I'm surprised they just hand them off to their staff. Usually they just toss them in a packet and ship them off. At least that's what my IT department did with our (not so old) Optiplexes.

I got a load of Optiplex's from a council clearout (minus HD's obviously) was quicker and cheaper.

PC - NZXT H510 Elite, Ryzen 5600, 16GB DDR3200 2x8GB, EVGA 3070 FTW3 Ultra, Asus VG278HQ 165hz,

 

Mac - 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, Intel HD 5000.  x2

 

Endlessly wishing for a BBQ in space.
