Asus B250 Mining Expert. Wgere are the power pins?

I am first time using motherboard that does nit have power button. Can anyine help me out how to start it up?

Can you add image with sircle what connectors i have to touch with scredriver to boot the system?

it's the pin set marked JSPD_1 on pretty much all motherboards

The two pins that have power sw below them. Right on the manual, same as every board.

First of all before commenting make sure you know what that what you are stating is true. 
And NO not all boards come with proper manual
Here is sample of B250 mining board manual: 
Has no information about it. 
Crappiest manual i have ever seen. 
I figured it out at the end but this manual what they have for this board is utter crap

Well this must be your first time with pc parts. Used several of those boards and it’s the same with every board. Read the board, Powersw is short for power switch. Thus that’s how it’s turned on.

They are all in zone 1

And piwered is also zone 1

On the manual there is no POWERSW or JSPD_1.

 

There seems to be no way to switch it on. I tried the 2-pin CLRTC and nothing there too. 

 

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Alex I'm expressing the same problem but in pc I'm good I have tried clearing cmos pins and used two pins written power switch nothing which is end up like the boerd is dad and I have never seen the pc board without David without powering on I can tell the boerd is not working I'm taking it back to the shop nothing like this I have two 1200 power supply riotoro brand Screenshot_20210417_192928_com.google.android_apps_docs.thumb.jpg.733a5105a7129dac6fedf592da4ea8db.jpg
