monitor for a r9 390 GPU

What's a good 144hz gaming monitor for this GPU? im thinking about 1440p but im not sure if the GPU can handle it, any suggestions?

Stick to 1080p with a R9 390 you will get a better experience and can bump up some settings this GPU is not really good a 1440p you will most likely have to run everything on Low or Lower-Middle settings.
