Call of Duty WW2 Resistance DLC?

So is the Call of Duty World War II Resistance DLC pack 1 not available unless you have the season pass currently? It says that it's been released but I don't see any option to purchase it separately and I cannot find it in the store currently. All that seems to be available is this 40 dollar season pass that I don't really want to spend the money on.

If you have any plans to buy another one, the season pass does make more sense.

Doesn't seem like an overly good value though. Glad I didn't buy in this year.

Yeah, that may be true if I plan on buying another DLC pack, but I may decide at a certain point after this DLC that I'm no longer interested in the game. Seems like highway robbery to me. I know that a good portion of the COD PC base probably feels exactly like I do right now and is not purchasing the season pass just for access to a few maps. So realistically what is going to happen is that I'll buy this season pass and not get to play on the new maps very often because the userbase for the DLC wont be substantial enough due to the fact that we have to purchase a 50 dollar season pass rather than a 15 dollar DLC as we're accustomed to. It would appear that I'm going to be getting Player Unknown's Battlegrounds sooner than I had anticipated if this holds up.
