Windows 10 Home/Pro + Reinstallations

I am going to get windows 10.

Is there any reason why is should upgrade to Pro instead of going for the Home edition?

 

I buy a new computer in the near future (4-6 months from now)

Will i have any issues with my Product Key by installing it on the new PC?

if you dont know a  rean why you need pro, home is fine.

- dual socket support

-more ram support 128gb+

-rdp server

-ad join

-hyper-v

-group policy

Note, if you buy a OEM license of Windows it will lock to the first system you install it on.

So be sure to install it on your new computer only.

 

Only Retail box license is transferable.

Not with windows 10, you can still bind it to a microsoft account and use it on different hardware.

You're gonna have to explain then why people (including me) with 'OEM' licenses have been able to use them on different motherboards.

Oh, and this worked with windows 7 too, not just 10.
