My computer just constantly crashes whitout reason

I just bought a new\old computer. I bought it from a guy who built it himself, He didnt have any problems with it whatsoever. Either the game crashes, steam crashes od the whole computer Crashes and gives me a bluescreen. Could anyone help me with that.

It has a:

Ryzen 5 1600X six-core cpu

MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB ARMOR

Gigabyte B350 GA-AB350 Gaming 3

G.Skill 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz CL15 Flare X

Run Windows Memory Diagnostic to check for memory errors. Ryzen platforms are very picky when it comes to memory.

Either a bad OC, or a bad install of Windows. If your CPU is overclocked, revert it back to default clocks. If not, try reinstalling Windows.

Check your windows Event Viewer files for errors, warning and informational messages just before and on the time of the crash.

the computer is already a reinstalled version of windows. The guy i bought it from reinstalled windows on it. But i dont now if its overcklocked.
