Samsung 840 Evo Disconnects

My SSD disconnects after 5 or so minutes.Iv tried different ports, SATA cables, and SATA power cables as well. SATA and chipset drivers are all up to date along with bios. The motherboard is TUF Z370 PRO Gaming with an 8700k stock clocks. This use to be used for the OS until I swapped it for a new SSD and did not have an issue before. Once it disconnects, it does not reconnect again until I restart the system. it does not show up in Magician Software either. I tried updating the firmware through Magician Software but there isn't a version downloadable.
