Its probably just a guess, I respect his guess.

I cant remember what I paid for the fucking thing. I'm thinking 2 yrs ago $200cdn. And I never fucking used the fucking thing. I was on some sort of OCD bender.

How fast do you think I can sell it on Kijijiji?

I didn't go to the milky way to find a discrete answer jeese man. It was a simple guess. And even then that equals up to $110 that's only $20 from where I was. Not a big difference. Keep fishin rocks.

all cdn $

$20 i7-290

$40 5650

$140 mobo - the cheapest on ebay is $80 from a guy in Belgium then it jumps to $140 from a guy in USA

$60 ram

$50 psu

$50 gpu

$60 hdd

total $420

so parting out maybe worth my time.

I gotta sleep on it

What should I do with the hard drives in terms of cleaning/wiping the data off them?

I was thinking CCleaner, wipe 12 times and keep W7 on it.

Thats a decent price $120usd for the low end of the range, which is about $165cdn

REMEMBER I will also throw in the X5650cpu worth an extra $40cdn. So $200cdn aint bad.

Wish'd I woulda mined with it. Oh well.

120USD is 150 CDN, CDN is up.

Personally I don't think it's really worth handing over drives due to security issues.

A recently bought refurbished laptop had a brand new SSD in it with 2 hours on it or something... I'd buy a cheap drive for the build.

As for price I would try selling it for about $250. Can push $300 with new drive, but beyond that I wouldn't try higher.

@Damascus

Sorry mates, if I do go ahead, it's local sale only.

Might as well clear up some space. Once I do another round of gathering info on "Should I mine or not" but I will wimp out because them gpu's are so expensive and I am cheap Frugal

How should I price the mobo alone?

All cdn$

Local online is $180

Cheapest ebay is $140

Starting bids are at $160 with asking $220

Then a $154

a $190

I was thinking that I want in total $200 cash, so mobo + both cpu's with the cooler + ram

I was going to keep one 500GB, but I'd keep both and the gpu and throw the case out

Maybe I should add a text saying what each component is worth.

Like say this

mobo $125 *

* but only if you take both cpus $40 and ram $35 for $200

But if you want the hdd + o/s then $225 *

*So you get it all including dcdrw, psu, case
