What is this Worth?

PixelFray

Here are my specs:

CPU - Intel Core i5-6400

GPU - PNY GTX 960 4GB, PCIe 3.0 x16

RAM: 2 x 8GB Patriot DDR4

MOBO: ASUS Sabertooth Z170 S

CASE: Corsair Carbide Quiet 600Q

PSU: Coolmax ZX-700, 700W

OS: Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit

How much would you charge for something like this?

Please be honest. I don't want to overcharge anyone.
Edit: I'm located in Indiana, United States. So my currency would be in USD, but suggestions in other currencies are welcome too.

Thanks!

Michael

I'm no expert at pricing, but as a normal consumer, I would expect a fair price to be around... 650-700 CAD maybe. Convert that to your local currency. A good way to check is to look at other local postings in your area and use those as a ballpark.

Where are you located? Sometimes things can vary in different markets.

Around my neck of the woods that would probably sell for around 700-800 CAD I would say.

Hey all.

I need some advice.

I'm about to list my desktop PC for sale, and I'm not sure how much I should charge. What do you think?

Here are my specs:

CPU - Intel Core i5-6400

GPU - PNY GTX 960 4GB, PCIe 3.0 x16

RAM: 2 x 8GB Patriot DDR4

MOBO: ASUS Sabertooth Z170 S

CASE: Corsair Carbide Quiet 600Q

PSU: Coolmax ZX-700, 700W

OS: Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit

What am I forgetting...?

The system plays any game I throw at it very well at 1080p High/Ultra settings. I've used it for light work in Blender, Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

How much would you charge for something like this?

Please be honest. I don't want to overcharge anyone. I'm just selling it to pay some bills.

Edit: I'm located in Indiana, United States. So my currency would be in USD, but suggestions in other currencies are welcome too.

Thanks!

Michael

I would see how much the system (or a comparable one) would be brand new today and knock off 10%. If there's no interest, lower it another 10%, rinse, repeat until it's sold.
