Mic doesn't work on Xbox anymore

i recently got a pair of Razer Kraken Pro V2s, the mic worked for a couple days but suddenly It won't work on the xbox, it works fine on my PC and if i turn mic monitoring up i can hear myself but it doesn't work in partys or game chat, I've checked to make sure it isn't muted, ive power cycled my xbox, and I checked every setting i can think of, updated the controller and the xbox. I'm not sure how to fix the problem or what the problem even is, but if someone knows how to fix it, it would be much appreciated.

Are you using the headset adapter for the xbox one controller?
