Handy Tech Under $100 - where to buy

LinusTech

Linus really messed up calculating battery capacities, 7800mAh laptop battery probably has 66Whr or something like that because it has higher voltage.

Where the power bank has 26000mAh but only like 3-4V and that makes it have less capacity, so you couldn't charge your laptop 4 times you could barely fill it up once if that.

Yeah epic noob moment there. Wasn't thinking about it :P

I am sad I like the stand and want to buy it ... but amazon.com says it doesn't ship to Quebec. I am afraid I missed something ... did I?

it also wouldn't be able to supply the required amperage to charge a laptop (1A * 5v = 5 watts vs. 5A * 19v = 95 watts).

This was a bit of a different video for us. This triple shows off three different items in one video:

1. Sennheiser HH-10 Headphone Stand

Amazon: http://amzn.to/18Q3M4u

2. IntoCircuit Power Castle PC26000 Battery Bank

Amazon: http://amzn.to/JxoPjk

3. Antec 4-Port USB Charging Station

Amazon: http://amzn.to/1ehmZR3

NCIX: http://bit.ly/1ehn338

does anyone know if the sennheiser HH-10 can swivel on its x-axis or if the head is stationary?

that not an excuse. and its not elegant its a waist of money on something that you can otherwise make for like 1/4th the price.

theres other types, i just used that one as a example. you could get any style or design.

Of course it is an excuse, it's a lovely bit of kit, it attaches to a desk without leaving a mark, I think it does look elegant,

Corsair 650D, i5-4690K (Corsair h50 cooler), Asus ROG maximus VII Ranger, Asus GTX 980ti Strix, 16GB Corsair Vengeance pro series Red (2x8gb 2400mhz), Corsair HX850W, Asus Xonar Essence STX, Sennheiser HD595 / Beyerdynamic dt 770 pro 250 ohm, Samsung 850 pro 128GB / WD black/blue/green, OCZ vertex 3 60gb . How did they get the IntoCircuit Battery Bank from the Amazon.com Link? They don't ship to Vancouver.

It does supply 65watts if you look at specs, so you could charge an ultrabook or something like that.

Came here to say the same thing. I honestly think companies shouldn't be allowed to write their descriptions like that. It doesn't say anywhere on the amazon page how much Volts those 26kmAh have. I'd guess around 3.6V which is what most power banks have. USB for comparison is 5V.

It's Ah, not kmAh.

m (mili-) means 1/1000, and k (kilo- ) means 1*1000, so they cancel out, giving 26*1*A*h

Yeah... I almost bought one and a G750JX... but then I realized it's not compatible because the G750 is 180 W, a almost 3x over the rating. Looking at getting the Aorus x7 now.
