Yes, as long as your motherboard has a compatible m.2 slot for the m.2 drive you are wanting to use.

If you plug in an NVMe drive in the M.2 slot (assuming it's compatible with NVMe), then as long as you're not using a SATA port that gets disabled, then yes.

YES, so long as the board supports NVMe.
