Does a intel core i3 8100 come with a cooler in the box?,【(*IF NOT*) ,which is the best cheapest buy??】

If it is the box version, yes it will but if it is tray, no. And for the second question just search lga 1151 and sort it by cheapest.

If you buy a retail model, then yes it will come with a stock Intel cooler.

For future reference, at the moment, only the higher tier unlocked processors (which I think is just the i5-8600K and i7-8700K) and the high-end desktop processors (the X chipset motherboards) don't come with a cooler. Everything else does.

 

As a quick and dirty spot check, if the box is more cubed than flat, it has a cooler. Example:

yes pandya but know that only z370 boards are available right now
