I work for a small company they hired me for editing I have a 200 euro budget to alter my computer.

 

I already have a computer here are the parts:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H55-UD3H

CPU: Intel Core i7 870

RAM: 4GB Kingston

Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 960

 

and this computer sucks for editing, that's where you come in, could you please suggest the most necessary upgrades to run Adobe Premiere Pro 2018.

What do you need to do here, editing some Youtube posts? or you need RED support in Adobe, a render pipeline for you streams?

 

Hardware is good for basic support, Cuda is supported, on both Windows and Mac,

With €200? If you stretch it a bit, you can get a used Optiplex with a 3770.

how much ram do i need minimum to edit 4k footage

If you shoot RAW 4k content, that needs to be edited in Adobe, you need the Quad channel X machines i guess, Threadripper, 64Gb volatile, another 64 when prices are back to 2015 again.

 

You can do with less, making the system slow. Final cut run better on low specs, but you need Apple then....
