Can i upgrade to DDR4

Hi, i want to upgrade my ram (4gb ddr3, i dont know how much mhz is, i gonna upload a picture), so i gonna upload too my board and my cpu specs. Sorry for my bad english.

No, you need a motherboard that supports DDR4.

They make ddr3 2400 mhz. Also ddr4 is really expensive due to demand

No, you can't. Just grab some 8GB DDR3 modules. They're super cheap used.

yep, which in turn means you need to change your CPU as well.

Basically if you want DDR4, you need a different motherboard and CPU as well, you also can't use your existing DDR3.

 

Do you just want more memory for your system? I can tell you, you have your memory running at 1066Mhz at the moment.

Ty, i want to sell my actual ram, so i'll buy a DDR3 Corsair XMS3 8GB @ 1600mhz, it's really worth buy a 2400mhz, or 1600 mhz it's ok?

On your CPU it's really not worth it to go much over 1600Mhz, unless it costs next to nothing. But it will depend on what you're doing with your system.
