How can I remove my passwords from other devices without changing passwords?

Kamunkin
I don't know if its the right place to ask but I don't really know where to ask for such a thing.

I broke up with my boyfriend. We lived roughly 3 years together and we haven't left in good terms. I just noticed that he has all my passwords on his various computers. I had a private session but other that changing my passwords (which I don't remember all the websites that I go on) is it possible to just make his computer to not remember any passwords that I had without changing them? I noticed that Google Chrome saved all the passwords used, therefore I even have his passwords to all his stuff, I can even access his phone pictures...... But I don't want him to have access to anything that is mine, I wanted to delete his stuff and my stuff on his devices so we can move on.

Anybody can give me a hand with that?

Not a complete solution, but in Google you can de-authenticate logins. Go into your account settings, and it'll be in there somewhere. Devices you no longer want to have a valid session on, you can delete. Drawback is this only works if you logged into Chrome using an account.

I think you can do similar with facebook if you use that.

Personally, I'd still recommend going through the hassle of changing passwords everywhere. It's annoying and all, yes, but if you don't want to risk your ex messing with your account in drunken stupor or something, it'd be the safest thing to do.

Also, I hope the part about deleting his stuff on his devices is a typo, because that'd be an asshole thing to do.

Sorry, yes, my english isn't the best. I meant delete his passwords saved on my computer, so I can't access his stuff in a moment of drunken stupor or something.. :P

Yeah maybe I should do that. I just don't know if I'm disconnected from everywhere if I change my password if my its automatically saved for my next visit.

Thank you guys for your answers. I still have a small problem. I use Google Play Music daily and at the top right corner of the page, you have your profile picture which is your Google Account. But for X reason, I still have my ex account there and every damn time I open GPM, his account takes over mine. What can I do to remove it? I can't find an option in the settings...
