Not bad. I'd get a better cooler. Look at the CryOrig H7.

I'd also try and get 3000mhz RAM.

Also if you can get 3000MHz RAM that would be ideal. 2666 is a good start but Ryzen still sees great performance improvements the higher you go

Any reason why you are going for the 1800X? The 1700 and 1700X are much better value if you don't mind a bit of overclocking

It is a good build, but I would defiantly check other sources as some things there are a bit overpriced.

Don't buy Ryzen 7 1800x and 1070 Ti, you can make an i7 8700 with a 1080 Ti for the price.

No I don't mind overclocking it's just do not have a lot of experience with it.

Once you get an aftermarket cooler you can probably just go to the memory multiplier and mess a tad with Voltage but you should be able to set the multiplier to 37 and sit on 3.7 GHz on all cores safely.
