Try smacking the pump a bit. Sorta helped remedy my pump being incredibly noisy.

Id rather tilt the entire case around or take out the aio from the case and connect it to power and then make sure you got the pump  furthest down to the ground and turn it around until you get the airbubbles out from the pump itself making itself up to the radiator that youll have furthest up from ground. If its the case of airbubbles making the crackling noise this is your best option. If its not airbubbles but an actually defect pump then rma is your best bet im afraid.

Edit. Smacking mechanical things around in order to achieve a fix is maybe more suitable for robust machinery like big ol iron machines, not fine machinery that arent as rigid and sturdy with all its pcb, sodered connections and precisionfitted brackets.

Smacking =/= punching the shit out of

Electronics are quite a bit more robust than you give them credit for.

An aio wont hold up for smacking around, thats just common sense :)

Shaking it around is the official advice.

Basically anything to sensibly remove the air out of the pump.

If you do it constantly like a walnut then yes, but if you only have to do it once every few months it won't care.
