ATX MOBO

 

Preferable rgb Mobo Aura sync nice 

 

monitor included but please keep it high HZ if you can 

 

best build one one I plan on getting so yeah

This was a ways over budget, you can cut back a ways by getting cheaper memory and overclocking it. Maybe see if you can get the same monitor I listed here used so it's not as expensive
