I just build my pc days ago, and since I download CSGO I noticed bad FPS... Then I asked in a Spanish forum for help and they told me to test my PC to see where's the problem http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/6195942 as you can see my CPU did a terrible score and that's the reason of my bad FPS in csgo.

Can someone help me to solve this or will I need to get it replaced?

Have you tried taking a look at what you're posting yourself? It says pretty clearly right there in your link " Very high background CPU (47%)" -- that is your problem. You have some shit running in the background and it's eating away at your performance.

Nothing wrong

Try to close everything that is running and then try CSGO again.

If you are clever, you could run Msi Afterburners OSD to check for CPU and GPU loads and FPS.

If you have 47% background CPU usage you definatly have something running and thats probably the reason you have bad performance.  Can you post a screenshot of all your process with the cpu usage ?

I did it again, without anything there, I got 34%

You're only getting the 34% figure when you first open Task Manager by the looks of it. Then it quickly idles.

What's it like during a game? Because that screenshot clearly has no game running in the foreground. Get that screenshot instead.
