Cooling an 18-Core i9 CPU with NO FANS!? - Case Made of Radiators

We've seen the photos of the case made of fans. We took it one step further, building a PC case entirely out of radiators that HOPEFULLY can cool Intel's flagship Core i9 18 core CPU with no fans.

considering how heat naturally rises, wouldn't placing the radiator horizontally will make it dissipate heat better? and probably less pump pressure needed since the water doesn't have to go up and down and up again into a vertically mounted radiator?
