Computer no longer powering on according to BIOS timer

For the last year or so, I've had my motherboard setup to power on at 9 AM every day, but recently, for unknown reasons, my computer's stopped powering on automatically. I'm not getting any errors related to a dead CMOS battery, so I don't have any idea why the timer's no longer working. Any theories?

Did you recently update to the fall creators update? idk at all but that might be the problem

I did, but I'm pretty sure this started before then. Also, how would an update to Windows affect a setting in my BIOS?
