Grizzly Conductonaut & Liquid Ultra longevity

I am considering delidding my 8700K and replacing the TIM with either Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut, or Coolaboratory Liquid Ultra, but I am concerned about longevity, I have heard that the Intel thermal paste never dries out so will last forever, how long does Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut, and Coolaboratory Liquid Ultra last be for it needs a reapplication?

It is metal, once you apply it, you don't have to mess around with it anymore.
