I only take tests on the computer in IT class and we use https://www.wintoets.nl/

It's terrible but the upside is that you can look up the answers on google because our teacher is stupid enough to let me sit with my monitor facing away from him

Each Student gets unlimited Google Drive Storage, the District uses Aries to report grades (though its useless for anything other than final transcripts), Canvas for most classes (used for assignments, quizzes, tests, and Calendar) and a few classes use Google Classroom despite it being literal AIDs.

wow lol.

I only cheat on tests where the questions are really dumb (asking stuff about javascript from literally 7 years ago)
Last time I had to take a test where we would write something on our own in javascript I got a 9/10

We get 1TB of O365, Aspen for grades, and Edulastic is the main test taking platform. We don't use anything google sadly. Besides the free stuff like YT and Google Search.

Besides Docs, Slides, Sheets, and YouTube I really don't like Google Services much.

Especially Drive, its feels so limited and I find it a little unreliable. Every folder gets Zipped and I HATE IT

I find OneDrive to be bad. It looses files, the sharing is crap, and etc.

Then our IT makes it dumber. We can't send emails to anyone else but our MAIN teachers and higher ranked people. Principal, and Central Office. I hate it so much.

Outlook/OneDrive for Email and storage.

Grades and rosters are in one web app.

Microsoft products are a dumpster fire, I've had experiences with my mom setting up sharepoint (for work) syncing and let me tell you: It's really dumb and confusing with the onedrive client and the onedrive for business and resolving merge conflicts

Thats terrible. The district gives us all emails by first initial, middle name initial, and last name plus a three digit number. That way all students can email teachers, students, and anyone else.

The Drive accounts also let us share work and collab. But for personal use Drive sucks.

Our emails are firstname.lastname@student-<ourdistrict>.net If they have conflicting emails they add a 1,2,3,4 and so on.

we have lln (leerlingnummer, pupil number in dutch) + our number @school.nl

for teachers it's abbreviation@school.nl or firstname.lastname@school.nl

it's handy

Have you seen MS Word?

Its the most overly complex word processor out there. Sure its got all these features but the menus are more dense than the super massive black hole in the middle of our Galaxy.

Teachers use firstinitalfulllastname@<district>.net and one time I caught a teacher logging into windows with their full email and password and I was thinking, it uses the <district> domain automatically no need to do that.
