We get 1TB of O365, Aspen for grades, and Edulastic is the main test taking platform. We don't use anything google sadly. Besides the free stuff like YT and Google Search. Our emails are firstname.lastname@student-<ourdistrict>.net If they have conflicting emails they add a 1,2,3,4 and so on.
