Monitor displays pixels in the wrong place

The monitor takes a line of pixels from about the centre of the monitor and puts in on the left side.

It does it even on the "no signal" message, so dont think its the cable.

 

Maybe hard to tell, but you can see the cursor being moved to the left side of the screen.

Like an old TV does it have the option to adjust the image left, right, up, down? That obscure column of pixels might be compensating for part of the image that's not being displayed on the right.

I switched the monitor with my side monitor and now the problem is gone on both.

No idea why, as switching cables earlier didnt work at all...
