R9 Fury/ X or gtx 980ti for 1080p?

I'm deciding between the two to replace my r9 270x. The fury is cheaper in my area by 90 bucks, but ik the 980ti is faster. Which of the two is better for 1080p and possible 1440p at its price point?

980 Ti gets my vote.

980ti because it's faster and it has more memory.

Well I particularly believe it is worth it as you get more reliable performance cross the board and the extra 2gb of vram should help if you do go for 1440p

Fury GPU's hold their performance stronger at 1440P + the 980Ti takes a larger hit.

 

However 4GB vs 6GB win for 980Ti.

Power consumption 980Ti win.

Overclocking 980Ti win.

Guarna: R5 1600, Asrock Taichi, AMD Fury Nitro (Heating space since '15), 16 GB Samsung DDR4 2666 (3000mhz OC) Green PCB ugly stuff.
