Stuttering In Games

I have built two different pc's This year my first build was a few months ago and i sold it and build a second one I have experienced stuttering in games on both of them which is why i sold the first one same monitor and same perhiphrals. The first two weeks of owning the first build it was fine no stuttering now i have werid frame times and stuff

specs of first build:
R7 5700x

gigabyte b550m-k

ak400 zero dark

ram 3600mhz g.skill ripjawas cl 18 32gb

p3 plus 1tb

psu a650bn'

msi mag 112r case

Specs of second build:

 

i5 12600kf

B660M-A wifi II D4 ASUS PRIME

Ak400

Ram 3200mhz kingston cl 16 32gb

p3 plus 1tb

psu a650bn

msi mag 112r

I have experienced stuttering and weird frametimes on both build here is benchmark from second build i don't have from first build though. Any ideas for the possible cause

Is XMP enabled? Do you have your GPU drivers installed?

I guess it's safe to assume you kept the exact same RTX 3060 ??? 99% that's you issue. Both systems look OK, but that 3060 belongs to the trash. Sell it while it still has some residual value and get a proper GPU like the 6650XT which btw is not only cheaper, but much faster.

of all parts I specified i forgot the gpu. First system 4060
Second system 3060
