It won't rise gpu temperature or something like that ?

That's always a possibility. However, if you still have reasonable air flow balance throughout your case you should be fine.

Shall I put the front of the case ad out ? Or back case fan is enough ?

Sheer volume of air overcomes basically any heat in it. Your temps will be fine.

Probably doesn't effect GPU much if front still has intakes. GPU takes most of the air from front as bottom.

Flipping the top rad fans might actually improve GPU temps. The H440 front intakes are heavily restricted, and a lot of times the GPU doesn't get much airflow. With fans on the rad pushing out, that plus the back fan are likely stealing most of the front intake air, with a lot of it not going near the graphics card. Now there's actually going to be a decent amount of air going inside the case, though some of it will be heated from the radiator.

Try removing some of the slot covers below the graphics card so at least the back area isn't as restrictive, if the graphics card is an open air design and not a blower. Then there's maybe more of a chance the graphics card gets air, and more of what it is doing flows out the bottom around the covers.
