What is This Worth?

Go to solution Solved by aisle9,

You had the guts of a decent little budget build there...then you threw in a 980.

The GPU is just so overkill compared to the rest of the build that I don't think you'd ever get what the system is worth out of it. If it were my setup, I'd take the 980 out and put it to the side, then list the system for $300 and hold close to that price, maybe $270 minimum. I'd sell the 980 separately listed for $250, taking $220 at the absolute minimum. Even with the monitor, I don't think $700 is realistic, but if you're in a low-population area without a lot of options on the market, $600-650 for everything with the monitor is possible.

This is my pc

I built it myself, and I was thinking of letting it go for around $700. Is this asking price too high? I want to know before I make any posts because if it is too unreasonable I want to know. If this price is too low what if I threw in this monitor (also used)? Cyber Monday is coming up, but I don't know if I will sell it by them, but it would be nice. I have not overclocked anything so stress on the pc is minimal. And i haven't used if for around 4 months, so it has just been sitting.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
