Best $700 Content Creation\Gaming Parts List?

I'm SUPER big into gaming and content creation, but I only have $700 to spend on parts, including 2 monitors (one for the game, one for other stuff like OBS, Twitch\YouTube Gaming chat, etc.) and a keyboard (I already have a mouse) and I want it to run games like Minecraft and Who's Your Daddy - among other titles - at 60 FPS while recording, without having to sacrafice video quality in the process. I will include a link to my PcPartPicker list that I had come up with prior, but any feedback is greatly appreciated. thats a big wishlist for 700$, you are going to have to make some compromises

The system will run the type of game he wants at 60 FPS and he can find 2 monitors for $200. I think its pretty reasonable if he uses Linux or finds a cheap Windows key.

Rule of thumb - all EVGA Nx, Wx, Bx (except B2) or G1 are bad.

If you save more (which you should)

This looks about as good as it gets, and you can still save a couple bucks on the case/buying some of the stuff used (gpu, monitors, case?), which would get you down to about 850$ or even less.

He could save $100 by getting a used 780ti or even $50 by getting a used 1060 6gb

Streaming willl only be a rare thing, so I'm mostly concerned about recording in at least 720p60, if not 1080p30
