It's great. The sound quality is of course not comparable to a big expensive condenser microphone, but for voice chat etc it is better than what any of your friends have in their fancy headsets. It's hella convenient and you can basically stick it to anything you desire. Lovely product!

I'm going to get the 4.0. Most of the older models are out of stock. Since 4.0 is coming, I doubt that people will buy the 2.3 and 3.0

So it's better than most integrated headset mics? That ought to be good, and it doesn't seem too expensive either.  I think I'll wait for the 4.0 since I'm not really in a rush to get a new mic, and it should be coming soon from what I hear. Thanks guys.

Yes. It is a very good affordable boom mic with the flexibility to put clasps on all headphones to switch between headphones very quickly and easily.

bought the 2.3, happy with it so far. the 4.0 is supposed to have a lot of improvements like a better boom and mute. as it stands, do not get the 3.0 as it has issues with many sound cards
